How are the boxes curated?+

Each week we source from Muskoka farmers' markets and partner makers. Our team taste-tests, photographs, and hand-packs every drop before it goes out.

What does the price include?+

Everything: products, packaging, and transportation to one address per drop. Cottage detours, split addresses, or off-route deliveries add a small fee.

When do I have to order by?+

Place your order by Monday at 12:00 PM ET to receive that week's Friday drop. Later orders roll to the following week.

How does the deposit work?+

We charge a 50% deposit at order time and the balance the day before your first scheduled drop. Subsequent weeks bill weekly.

Can I send to multiple addresses?+

Yes. At checkout, choose 'individual addresses' and we'll let you set a different drop location for each week.

What if my guest has allergies?+

Leave a note on the order. On Signature and Grand we can build a fully bespoke box. Essence ships standard but we'll always swap allergens.

Do you offer partner pricing?+

Yes — properties with 5+ active weeks get a partner code and dashboard. Reach out via the Contact page to apply.

Can I cancel?+

Cancel any drop up to 72 hours before it's packed. The deposit is fully refundable until then.

Where do you deliver?+

Anywhere in central Muskoka — Bracebridge, Huntsville, Gravenhurst, Port Carling, Bala, and the surrounding lakes. Outside the central radius adds a delivery fee.
